Terms of Service | Monstrai Legion Discord Bot

1) Acceptance

By inviting or using the Bot in your Discord server or account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2) Bot Functionality

The Bot provides MMO-style community and utility features for the Monstrai Legion game and Discord community. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time.

3) User Responsibilities

Comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Do not misuse the Bot (spam, abuse, illegal content, exploits).
Server owners/moderators are responsible for configuring permissions and access to the Bot in their servers.

4) Availability

The Bot is provided “AS IS” without guarantees of uptime or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

5) Intellectual Property

Monstrai Legion™ and related assets are owned by their respective rights holders. Do not copy or misuse our trademarks or content.

6) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Bot.

7) Termination

We may block the Bot in a server or for a user who violates these Terms or Discord policies.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
