• Discord IDs (user, guild, channel, message) for core features and moderation logs.
• Usernames & avatars (read-only, not stored unless needed for logs or leaderboards).
• Content you submit to the Bot (e.g., commands, forms) when required to perform a feature.
• Basic telemetry (errors, runtime metrics) to keep the Bot reliable.

Why We Collect It (Legal Bases)

• To provide Bot features you request (performance of a service).
• To prevent abuse and ensure service security (legitimate interests).
• With consent where applicable (e.g., optional features).

Retention

Operational logs and stored Discord IDs are kept only as long as needed for the feature, typically ≤ 90 days unless a server enables longer-term features (like leaderboards or moderation history). Server owners can ask us to purge their server’s data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share with infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, error logging) under data-processing agreements, and disclose if required by law.

Children

The Bot is for Discord users who meet Discord’s minimum age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the applicable age of digital consent.

Your Choices

• Revoke the Bot from your server at any time.
• Request data access or deletion via email. Include your Discord ID and server ID so we can locate records.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the U.S. or other regions where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures; however, no method is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date.
